Alexia Atria (Senior Account Executive & Sponsorship Services, New York Yankees)
"The Sports Business Management class was the most informative class I have ever taken and I have gone back to my books and notes to re-read and apply it to my current job. I would recommend SMWW classes to anyone who has any interest in working in sports. Thanks SMWW!"

Ryan Colville (Video Coordinator, Los Angeles Kings)
"I took your Hockey GM course and I am proud to share that I just completed my first season as the Video Coordinator of the Los Angeles Kings. I gained knowledge about the scouting and management side of the hockey that I would otherwise not have known. Thanks SMWW!"

Gustavo Moure (FIFA Agent, Argentine Football Association)
The Soccer Management and Scouting course was very helpful. While taking this course, I was able to learn more soccer tactics and I've learned more of what it takes to manage a club. This course has given me the opportunity to improve aspects of my sports agency.

Renee Washington (Women's Soccer Coach, Lehigh University)
SMWW provides a lot of information and useful tools to allow students to be successful: connections, networking opportunities, ideas, readings, assignments, and steps to take to advance our career.

Erica Maxwell (, )
The sports communication class with Jen Mueller is amazing! The experience of learning from such a strong woman in the professional sports field is priceless. I hope to keep Jen as a contact and will be seeking advice from her for years to come.

Shereen Lavi (Sports Page Writer, Sports Illustrated Fansided)
Learning from sports industry professionals is priceless, the classes do not feel like school, they are fun and engaging. The weekly chats and discussion rooms allow you to meet and connect with like-minded students who share your passion. Nowhere else can you get access to the people working in sports than you can with SMWW.

Eli Phillips Jr (NFL Agent, )
Just a quick note of gratitude. I'm both a pharmacist and an attorney, which means I am no stranger to licensing exams (6 total licenses across 4 states). I absolutely mean it when I say, without your course there is NO way I could have passed the nflpa exam. But thanks to you, I can now say I am a certified nfl player agent (pending registration fee and insurance of course!) Thanks again for all of the assistance, and I wish you continued success in all of your future endeavors!

Merritt Peasley (, Aspire Group)
During my class with SMWW I was able to learn numerous amounts of information on business development and ticket sales. After my class though I stayed heavily involved with SMWW through going to numerous conferences (NBA x2 & NHL) and helping to work them to make sure they were being run smoothly. The best advice that I got through SMWW and Mark Warkentien was to be 1% better each day than the last. If you are someone that is motivated to excel in any career of your choice I believe that SMWW will help prepare you not for just your career, but also you life.

David Sauriol (Apprentice, )
For those interested in getting experience in scouting, I fully endorse the SMWW/ Netscouts apprenticeship. One thing that holds people back from their dreams of working in professional basketball is actually getting the real work experience. Other SMWW classes allow aspiring basketball professionals to learn specific skills this program allows you to actually apply them. The media access that this apprenticeship provides is the real cherry on top, it gave me just what I needed, more access to the Raptor 905.

Cody Manning (Content Manager, Blitzalytics)
I took the Football GM and Scouting course over the summer and I loved everything about it. It taught me some insights of the league that I didn't know about. Our mentors, Russ Lande, Mark Dominik, and John Wooten were amazing and would answer any question that I had for my live chats. This course helped lay the foundation that I plan on turning into a career. If your wanting to learn more about being a GM and scouting in the NFL then I highly recommend taking this course.

Paul Ryan (Associate Scout, Philadelphia Philles)
Thanks to Dan Evans, Larry D'Amato and Ari Kaplan and the SMWW Staff, I was able to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies, as an Associate Scout. The staff and classes are truly beneficial and helpful, to obtaining a position with an MLB team. Thank You!
